Key Responsibilities

• Deliver competent and compassionate dialysis nursing care to patients as per established protocols
• Monitor patient responses and conditions, promptly addressing any changes or complications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards
• Flexibility to travel to an additional dialysis center located 25 miles from the primary site
  
  

Qualifications And Desired Experience

• Current RN licensure with proven dialysis nursing experience
• Ability to provide safe, patient-centered care in acute and chronic dialysis settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to comply with facility dress code and policies

Additional Details

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts
• Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color
• Holiday and overtime work compensated with premium multipliers
• Candidates must provide valid Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License as required by the state
• Travel nurses residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
